  Hydro-Cracking Furnace Unit - Case Study

      Problem:  Hot-Spots on Various Refractory and Process Tube Areas Causing Shorter-Run-lengths & Safety Concerns

      Asset Evalution:  After a detailed over-view, the Client wanted to monitor the Refractory and Skin-Temperatures
                                          of Various Regions within one of the Test-Furnaces.

      Technologies Used:   One(1) Thermo-Scanner Linked-Wirelessly with One(1) Sensor Hub MeshNET Router

      Solution Benefits:  The technologies utilized allowed the client to receive Minute-by-Minute Temperature Monitoring
                                              thus allowing them to make proper adjustments to resolve the issue

      RESULTS:  As a Result of this Test, it was determined that the service should be installed on all Furnace Assets for
                             best Method to Monitor the Efficiency and Problem Areas of Every Cracking Unit.
